By accessing or using luzxis.com or registering an account on the Luzxis Agent Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Enrollment & Remote Agent Dashboard

When you enroll on Luzxis, you are granted access to a personal agent dashboard to participate in verified campaigns (including Insurance Provider Switching, Gas & Utility Tariff Switching, International University Admissions, and verified tele-sales/lead generation tasks).

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Multiple accounts created by a single user to artificially manipulate campaign metrics are strictly prohibited.

3. Campaign Execution & Compliance Standards

Agents participating in client outreach campaigns must adhere to strict ethical and professional standards:

• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including telemarketing laws, Do Not Call (DNC) registries, TCPA regulations, and consumer protection guidelines.
• Truthful Representation: When speaking with prospective clients regarding insurance company switches, utility rate comparisons, or university admissions, you must provide accurate, non-misleading information using approved Luzxis call workflows and scripts.
• Prohibited Conduct: Spamming, aggressive sales tactics, submitting falsified customer data, or executing unauthorized automated robocalls will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.

4. Payouts, Commissions & Performance Earnings

Luzxis operates a transparent, performance-based payout system:

• Payout rates for completed campaigns (such as verified insurance switches, utility tariff changes, or student enrollments) are clearly displayed on the agent dashboard.
• Payouts are processed weekly via supported disbursement methods (including Wise, bank transfer, or direct electronic transfer) upon verification of completed tasks.
• Luzxis charges 0% platform commission on earned payouts. However, third-party payment processors may apply standard transfer fees.
• We reserve the right to audit and hold payouts if fraudulent activity, duplicate leads, or policy violations are detected.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
